Return & Refund Policy

Order Confirmation & Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Vera's Canadian Inspired, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

When completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and applicable timeframes.

  • You agree to follow the return procedure as described below.

  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy — together with order confirmations and all related communication — may be used as supporting documentation.


Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Only standard inspection and minimal handling are permitted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, improper handling, or damage not caused by us.


How to Request a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us at info@veras-canda.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the product (required if damaged or defective)

    • Your full name and shipping address

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team before sending the item back.

Please do not send items to the sender’s address without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been finalized.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@veras-canda.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

After review and verification:

  • A replacement may be offered, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

  • In certain cases, returning the defective item may not be required.

Approved replacements are generally processed within 7–14 business days.


Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If your parcel appears to be lost during transit:

  • Contact us with your order number and tracking information.

  • We will assist in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed.

If a package is refused at delivery, remains unclaimed, or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $35 CAD administrative and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Order Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

Under Canadian consumer protection regulations, you may request cancellation within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be stopped in transit.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you may proceed with a return after delivery.

To request a cancellation before shipment, email info@veras-canda.com with a clear cancellation request.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we may submit the following documentation to the financial institution:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipment tracking information

  • Email communication records

  • Any supporting photos

Filing a chargeback without contacting us beforehand may delay resolution and could impact eligibility for future purchases.


Additional Information

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our designated international warehouse at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

  • For hygiene-related products, items returned in used or unsanitary condition will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping and handling fees are not covered by Vera's Canadian Inspired.
