All our products are shipped directly to the consumer from our supplier in China. Any additional charges, such as customs duties or import taxes, are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

SECTION 16 - REFUSED PACKAGES

If an order is refused at the time of delivery or is not collected from a designated pickup point, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A $25 fee (or equivalent in local currency) will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of shipping and processing.
